Pros and Cons... but a decent value. Read review

Outside looks really run down, but inside is very clean. It says 4 bedrooms... but there are ONLY 3 BEDROOMS! There are 2 "bonus rooms" that people can sleep in and an extra sofa bed, so there is a lot of space. Central A/C doesn't work very well, but there are 2 window units.
