"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed right away. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible staff. We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. We also want to mention Jose, who was working behind the bar. He was very friendly and helpful, and his great attitude added even more to our positive experience. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly special, and we would gladly return."

"Excellent room. Poor signage when trying to figure out where to park for check-in.. Staff was frazzled and hassled us because we booked with Hotels/Expedia. Said they didnt have to honor the room, but eventually did. It was busy holiday, so I give them a pass. Room was great. Casino only has Asian/Native American slots, no premium games. Great restaurant (Sundance Grill) with good food and nice portions. Despite a few issues, great stay and would again."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff was really nice and accommodating. On-site food was good. It was nice to have a shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport wasn't the most personable guy, he also didn't help with our bags but, he was on time and checked in when he got to the pick up area."

"Only minor issue was the restroom sink. I don’t know if the sink was clogged but water wasn’t flowing like it should. Other than that everything was great "

"I LOVE staying at South Point Hotel and Casino! The value of the rooms is great and the casino floor has a wide variety of table games, slots, and a big poker room with cash and daily tournaments. The restaurant options are so plentiful, you never have to leave the property! Also, for non-gamblers, there is a huge bowling alley and movie theatre. It’s a great property that I’ve stayed at over the years and just got back from South Point last week. Can’t wait to go back!"
