"The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and answered all our questions. We enjoyed seeing the mountains in the background. Did not use the pool."

"Our stay was a terrible experience due to extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The hallways were filled with construction debris, trash, dust, buckets of materials, and exposed wall openings. It looked like an active construction zone rather than a hotel guests should be walking through. Piles of garbage and materials were left throughout the corridor, creating clear trip hazards and making the entire floor feel neglected and unsafe. Yes, the hotel eventually moved us to an “upgrade,” but that doesn’t change the fact that the initial conditions were unacceptable. It honestly felt more like an attempt to smooth things over rather than properly address the situation. The experience left a very poor impression, and no guest should have to walk through what looked like a construction dump just to get to their room."
