"The staff isn’t the friendliest. I had an event so I checked in pretty late but informed the staff so they knew I was not going to be a no show. The man who checked me in was dry. Another woman was there when I walked in but there was no “welcome.” They claim to have rules including “quiet hours” but the room next to us was apparently having a party at 2 am. They woke us up & after 20 minutes of nonstop noise we called the front desk to let them know we could not sleep. 45 minutes later the noise was still going. Called the front again & they said they would have security check it out. Never heard or saw security in the hallway…Finally fell back sleep around 4pm only to have call my hotel and wake me up at 7 am to make sure someone was occupying the room! I checked in, paid and called several times throughout the night but they didn’t know my room was occupied?! I was very frustrated with little to no sleep & to have them call my room on a weekend before 8 am to wake me up just to see if I was in the room is crazy. Don’t waste your money here."
