"I felt the staff felt like it was a chore to check me in - they have automatic check-in kiosks - which I tried to use - but it stated I owed $133.00 - and I knew I only owed $33.00, so I backed out of the kiosk registration and went to the desk. Turns out I did owe $133.00 because they charge a $100.00 refundable damage deposit - which I did not remember reading about anywhere. When I checked out, they did only charge me the $33.00 - but my question is - how do they know I did not damage the room - it's not like they went up to the 22nd floor to see the room....and speaking of the 22nd floor - I was not happy to be on that high of a floor - and at the opposite end of the long hall from the elevator! Played the slots and they were very stingy. Ate in 1 of the restaurants for dinner, and then again for breakfast and was very pleased with the food, service was a bit slow for the dinner. This was a stopover on a trip going out West from IL."

"Kimberly at check-in was wonderful. Such a great indication of what to expect for the rest of our short stay. The hamburgers at the steakhouse were delicious and the staff there very attentive and happy. The room was comfortable and quiet. I’d go back in a minute."
