Valet and bell services were friendly, professional, and welcoming, as was the hotel staff overall. Upon entering our initial room, our five-year-old realized there was no bathtub. My wife contacted the front desk, and within approximately 30 seconds we were reassigned to a new room that perfectly accommodated our needs. The quick response and customer service were truly impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
