"This place is awesome! I love the fact that it has truck parking and comfy slippers! It’s updated and not old like I thought it would be. Zenshin and the ice cream parlor were delicious! I’m excited to come back and enjoy the other amenities (movie theater, bowling, other restaurants, etc)."

"We love staying at Cancun. Check in was not great this time. We were supposed to be able to get in at 4pm, but our room was not ready until almost 7pm. Besides the fact that you are expected to pay for the full day, we had plan that evening and it really messed up time spent with family. Other than that it was a great stay, the staff is alway helpful and nice to deal with. "

"Had a great stay. The place is nice, clean, and very relaxing. The casino is quiet and less crowded compared to others in Vegas, which made the experience more enjoyable. Perfect if you’re looking for a chill vibe away from the busy Strip.”"

"We had someone elses hair all over the floor in the shower and bathroom. Housekeeping no longer take pride in doing a food job. It shows. I can only imagine what was on the carpet. I didn't want to look to closely. The telephone was so sticky and gross. We needed to call maintenance so i used the phone. Gross. We also had a dead cockroach on the floor by the bed. That was disturbing. I would never stay here again. The two black men though, very nice!!!! Great helpers. "

"The room was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, the area around the hotel seemed safe, the buildings are clean inside and out. The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed. Other than that the hotel is amazing."
