Grandview at Las Vegas

8/10 Good

"Suite was clean and comfortable. Checking in was slow. Las Vegas is very hot 114 degrees while we were there and the hotel turns off the air conditioning in elevators to save money. That is a HUGE PROBLEM everyone was complaining about it. This property makes plenty of money and should Never turn off the air conditioning in the summer with this kind of heat! I feel we should be given a partial refund for the inconvenience and the exhaustion that it caused my family. This action could cause serious illness to people."

Tahiti Village Resort & Spa

"We love coming here!!! The only complaint we had this time was the lack of luggage racks. I saw ONE the entire time we were there. When I asked about it at the front desk, I was told that there is one for every tower and that guests were hiding them. Even if there was one for every tower... that would still be a total of 3 luggage racks for the entire resort??? There are 850 guest units... it would be nice if they had enough to provide one for every floor at least. Other than that, we love it here. And will absolutely stay again."
