"The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. There was a small problem with the door and they promptly fixed it. Lovely!"

"SPA staff is extremely unfriendly. Wanted to relax at the relaxation room, simply was asked to leave stating they are closing . Didn’t even ask my name to see if I was a returning guest. Specifically, staff who was closing SPA on March 24th, 2026. Not going to use that SPA anymore. "
