South Los Angeles hotel rooms a the Fairmont

"Room carpet was stained. Conditioner was empty in the bathroom. Faucet design in the sink was hard to use. Room size is good and having two king size beds is great!"

"Love this hotel! It has so many amenities and friendly staff. The shuttle to Disneyland really comes in handy. As a recurring guest I hope there’s more shuttles towards the end of the night NOTHING against the staff or hotel but the other guests were really rude pushing and cutting the line trying to get inside the shuttle- disregarding any children and elders. Would be helpful if the hotel could do anything to help with this so it’s less stress of the staff and driver. However, would pick this hotel again and again! :)"
