"The stay was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a major problem outdoors on this property though, there’s a pool that has very green stagnant water. I get the pool is not currently operational but that water should really be drained out just due to the mosquito and bacterial breeding grounds. The hotel was great and I would stay again but the pool’s status needs to be maintained even if it’s just making sure water isn’t stagnant in there"

"Dog friendly. Drinks were tasty. Not on the lake, but nice bar patio on the main drag for people watching. Good location."

"The room was clean and great condition. Just across from the lake, perfect location for Quiet morning/ evening stroll. Room is large with a king size bed and a sofa. There was 2 sinks, a big mirror for dressing area, another one for makeup etc., and a good newer hair dryer. We could hear some steps from a room above us. Also able to hear next room conversation, when they are Loud. But those were done by 10pm or so. No traffic noise from the road when windows were closed. Only thing was the shower faucet, there were no indications of hot and cold. It’s an excellent shower equipment, but it become too hot very quickly if you turn it the wrong way, could burn your skin. Again shower itself is great, just need a simple indications which way is the cold and the hot. "

"Very pleased with our stay. Room is cozy and updated aside from carpet, but being that this is pet friendly I didn’t mind. My first time traveling with my poodle and she made herself at home. We did have a problem with toilet shortly after arrival but maintenance came within a half hour and fixed it. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and property well managed. The pool and jacuzzi was definitely a highlight! My son loved didn’t want to leave. So close and walkable to heavenly village and nice to not have to drive once you get there. Rates are very good for the value and convenience. Would totally stay again. 2nd level balcony was enjoyable and we saw a bear roaming in the morning! Very cool! It was great for our one night stay."

"The design of the room was great, it was relatively clean (some marks on the wall and dust bunnies that could have been cleaner) and had a comfy bed. Our room had a broken air conditioner but they did bring in a portable air cooler, it was just really loud. Having two hot tubs and a brewery attached to it was a definite plus and it was in a great location where we could scooter or walk to both shops and the lake. There were also plenty of options for parking."
