"The staff was great at the hotel. She explained about breakfast and the room. I am glad that they had pretty of room to park in the back because the front parking filled up after I went out to eat. The shower massage was great. They didn’t have much to eat for breakfast except cereal and toast so I went to Denny’s. It was a lovely hotel and I loved the decorations in the lobby."

"Check in was fine, but Weird as there wasn’t a physical person there only a screen to interact with someone like a video chat. The king mattress was completely sacked out and extremely uncomfortable. I had to spin the mattress around so my head wasn’t lower than my feet. Then the next morning i came back to the hotel and my keycard didn’t work. Had to walk to the office to get a new one. Then I wanted to take a shower before leaving and the entire hotel ran out of water! No shower. Room phone doesn’t work to call the front desk. Had to walk down to the office again. I asked for a refund and lady told me she’d look into it."

"All I can say is ten out of ten this place is the only place you should stay at in Crescent Absolutely stunning view!!! Ocean right at my door step. Extremely kind staff. And the rooms are so cute. This visit has my husband wanting to move here. Lots of sand dollars on the beach and great places to pull off and watch the sunset. I will most definitely be back"

"The building is very old and so are the fixtures. The bathroom fan made such loud sound that everytime anyone used it, it would wake up the other person. The pillows are hard and clearly the bedsheets were not changed from previous use. The blankets smelled terrible. We did a late check-in at night and specifically aaked for quiet place but instead was constantly disturbed by neighbor rooms who turned on taps because the water flow made terrible noise. The sound proofing is NIL. Thankfully I had booked for just one night amd was happy to check out. Not aire how this one has 8.2 rating. Really surprises me."

"The ironing board was broken and full of dust. It hadn’t been clean in a while. One side of room electric outlet and light did not work. Restroom was pretty clean. No staff opened office at 8 am. Had to drop off key in box to check out."
