"It was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels we've stayed in. All of the staff took the time to speak to us and every other guest. The breakfast and the kickback at dinner was all delicious. Everything was fresh and hot both day. The pool and hot tub were also perfect to relax in at the end of the day. The pool is heated and warm enough even with part of the pool is outside. The hot tub was clean, really hot, and big enough for several guests to enjoy. We were on the 8th floor and I must say those elevators were so fast and didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds. The room was spacious, clean, and the water pressure is AWESOME! I wish my house had that kind of pressure. The only con about the hotel for us were the beds and pillows. They were very soft and bouncy. We prefer a firmer bed. Bring your own pillow, the pillows were very soft/flat. You need about four of their pillows to get it to a normal height of a good pillow. "

"The staff was amazing, the room was super clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was a little cold, we had a corner unit and there were lots of windows. But we turned up the heat and was fine!"
