"The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. "Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it.
