"The rooms are always clean and cozy. The staff is top notch and treats all guests like family. Happy hour in the lobby is an amazing way to meet the other guests. We gave stayed twice in room 17 and once in room 10 and look forward to our next stay. "

"AC was non existent. Room was hot and stuffy. Dirty run down room. Bedding was worn and cheap. Elevator was broken. Had no help carrying luggage upstairs. Bathroom had no vent, Breakfast was okay but coffee was awful, discolored hot water at best. Pool/hot tub area was rundown. Only one jet worked in hot tub, timer was broken, concrete crumbling. All outside and pool doors did not latch for security purposes. Road into hotel was worse than a dirt road. Very bad experience. "

"We’ve stayed here several times in the past, but apparently the property is under new management, and the experience was quite different. The elevator was not working during our two-night stay, and our room was on the third floor. The room itself needed maintenance, especially in the bathroom—missing or burned out light bulbs, missing cover over the shower light fixture, stained shower curtain. An employee told us that the new management was working on previously deferred maintenance, so hopefully conditions will improve."

"Victoria was so welcoming and responsive. The morning breakfast she hand made us was perfect. We loved the location right on the lake and walking distance to food and drinks. Highly recommend!"

"Pros: great views and downtown location. Book a harbor view you won’t be disappointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed and the kitchenette area was exactly what we needed, cofffw pot, microwave, sink and a fridge that worked great. Silverware, glassware and plates also available. Cons: I thought we booked two double beds but it was a king and a fold out couch. Lots of stairs too, they put us in a second floor room and we had several big bags and were traveling with a bike too. I highly recommend you book directly through the hotel itself if you have any mobility issues or challenges with stairs or have lots of luggage. Hotels dot com will not help you book a room to fill your needs."

"Musty smelling room, but somewhat expected due to age of building. Room was clean, bed was good. Only had about 4 minutes of hot water then it went cold."
