"Located conveniently in the heart of Hampton Beach, the white sanding beach is just across the street. The staff along with the facilities at the hotel were most accommodating. "

"Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and had many options. Everything was well maintained. Furniture was nice and decor was cute. Lobby/breakfast area was "out of a magazine". Location was perfect and very easy to find. "

"This was a very convenient place to stay while visiting Portsmouth. There was some traffic noise, which is to be expected in a city, but not enough to be annoying or interrupt sleeping. The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

Place was perfectly clean and smelled amazing the whole time. Pool and how tub are great size and always perfect temperatures! We will be staying here every time.
