"This hotel was exceptional!! Room, location, value, but mostly the unbelievable helpful staff. From loaning a phone charger to storing our luggage while we toured the city after checkout, to letting us relax in the breakfast room prior to taking the bus to the airport. Everybody was so kind and welcoming! I will be looking for this chain from now on. Great introduction."
