"I was allocated a room on the 6th floor. No view, no problem. I only stayed one night. The bar area next to Reception was very welcoming and lively. A very pleasant area to sit and eat/drink even if you were a lone traveller. But the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Called Reception as I needed to contact another room in the hotel where the occupant wasn't hearing their mobile. Instruction given to me on how to phone the other room via the hotel phone system but this just did not work. Called back to Reception but no helpful information given to me."

"Small rooms, but everything was compact and well placed. No coffee or tea in the room , but there is a machine in the lobby. It is across the river from the main city area but there is a walking bridge nearby. Also a small strip of restaurants, movie theatre , arcade for families and a Casino right out front. You can walk to the Science centre and catch the hop on hop off bus from the hotel. We would stay there again."

"Great hotel in general - clean but we had concerns about the smell of mould in the bathroom, had to jam the door open as it was stifling when closed. Something to do with fire laws there....that may put me of staying there as I struggle with that particular smell - HOWEVER....the Chop Grill & Bar was excellent!!! Staff amazing and the food was so good we ate there twice!!! Would defo visit the restaurant again :-)"
