"Nice stay for one night near the airport. Shuttle was easy to find and got us there within 10 minutes, given traffic - none the at the time we departed."

"Room was a bit dated but clean. Mattress was getting pretty worn. Breakfast was unorganized and crammed. Took a bit of food back to our room for there was not ample seating. Only one person working the front counter which had people standing in line. "

"Excellent pre or post cruise stop. Love that they have a shuttle to the ship! Extremely clean…our new ‘go to’ place! "

"Yes, the staff service was excellent, the room was very clean, I stayed at this exact hotel several times in previous years, but the things that have changed my mind about staying here again is the bathrooms is very outdated and needs upgrading as well as my room was leaking from the ceiling and when I asked to be moved to a different room they said they were booked but they did send maintenance right away and they fixed the problem but this was 11:00 pm so the noise they made was very loud and disturbing. Lastly I have stayed at other hotels that Not held to what I consider the status of this hotel and the pillow quality was exceptional. The quality of pillows and linens has diminished and I’m truly saddened. This was always my hotel of choice, but unfortunately this will be changing for me."

"The facility itself was fine. Included breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. The shuttle is a bit of a joke. You call the number and pick the shuttle option but it’s just a recording to say to call the hotel. You call the hotel and just wait on hold forever. We ended up just taking a cab. "

"If you’re looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay ahead of your cruise that has some charm to it, this could be the place for you. Automated check-in and out, nearby restaurants and close to both the cruise port and the airport make this an easy choice. The resident cat that roams the courtyard is a nice add to your stay, along with the tiny lizards who guard the courtyard. I’d stay here again!"
