"There was a self-check in screen at the front desk, but still had someone available for assistance. She explained the amenities and hours of everything which was very helpful. We got up to our room and it was exactly as the pictures showed. I had requested a room with a view and they gave us one of the top floors, which we could even see some of the cruise ships leaving the port from our room! The room was very clean and modern; I liked the easy access to everything from the touch of a tablet. We only stayed for one night, as a pre-cruise stay but it was a great stay overall. The hotel is in a good location, and we even walked to bayside market at night for dinner and shopping. Only downside I’d have to say is the parking. But, there is conveniently a parking garage right next to the hotel, which was about $37 for us to park from 3 pm - 9 am. It was our first time in Miami but this hotel was a great choice. Definitely on the more compact side though. Traveling with just one other person works great, but for groups over 2 people I would suggest getting additional bedrooms. Overall, would stay here again!"
