"There was a self-check in screen at the front desk, but still had someone available for assistance. She explained the amenities and hours of everything which was very helpful. We got up to our room and it was exactly as the pictures showed. I had requested a room with a view and they gave us one of the top floors, which we could even see some of the cruise ships leaving the port from our room! The room was very clean and modern; I liked the easy access to everything from the touch of a tablet. We only stayed for one night, as a pre-cruise stay but it was a great stay overall. The hotel is in a good location, and we even walked to bayside market at night for dinner and shopping. Only downside I’d have to say is the parking. But, there is conveniently a parking garage right next to the hotel, which was about $37 for us to park from 3 pm - 9 am. It was our first time in Miami but this hotel was a great choice. Definitely on the more compact side though. Traveling with just one other person works great, but for groups over 2 people I would suggest getting additional bedrooms. Overall, would stay here again!"

"At check in, the lady who helped us check in didn’t really provide much information about the hotel overall. All she did was ask for our credit card and ID, handed us the room key (without even telling us what room we were in or what floor). We figured it out on our own. Didn’t give us details on breakfast or shuttle services either. The room itself was great. Very spacious and loved the fact that the tv had the options to connect HDMI on the side for easier access. The breakfast was good, but very unorganized. We went down at about 9:20 am (breakfast was until 10 am - which we looked up online since we weren’t told during our check-in process), and we got most of the last couple servings of items and it didn’t seem to get replenished afterwards, so the ones that came down after us didn’t really have any options left. There were barely any available tables and the ones that were “free” had previous plates/trash on there. We were in a rush, so we just pushed that aside and sat to eat our breakfast. We didn’t use the outdoor pool, but seemed pretty spacious. Overall, the hotel itself is in a great location, only took us about 10 minutes to get to Fort Lauderdale airport, and there were lots of shopping/eating options easily at walking distance. However, the staff could use some work around friendliness/attentiveness towards guests. We were only there for one night post cruise stay, but we would come here again because of the location and the room layout itself was great!"

"We have been coming for 4 years and have a great time every time. Everything is so convenient - the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, little kitchens in the rooms, balcony’s are a good size. We have always have a good view. It’s always very clean. The beds are comfy. Showers have good pressure and are clean."

"I usually skip doing reviews but this place truly deserves one. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful, and even the breakfast is great. Plus it’s walking distance from the SRQ terminal— so this is the one , folks!"

"Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en este hotel. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y bien cuidadas. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de las playas y de varios lugares para visitar y comer. El personal fue amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Nos sentimos cómodos y bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que nos gustaría regresar en el futuro."
