"Hotel was NOT what I expected based on reviews & photos. Looks and feels like a budget hotel. Looks ran down, not a well maintained property. Multiple power outages during the first night of my stay (ended up transferring to a much better hotel). Beach and pool area are just OK, not nearly as nice as expected. Front desk NEVER answers the phone, placed multiple calls not once were they answered. Phone did not function in the room so I was unable to order room service. Food at Wreck Bar restaurant was pretty good, and the ‘mermaid’ swimming next to the bar was a cute feature. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel."

"This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some quiet..."

"Súper caro parqueo 80 dólares al día con taxes y n la piscina no te dejan la cuenta abierta y cada vez q te vas a comprar un trago te ponen obligado 18% de propina por cada trago q te comprar, luego la piscina asta la 7 de la noche nada más ahora q oscurece tarde sin música ni nada esto es de los peores lugares donde me e quedado en miami está sobrevalorado "
