"My wife and I celebrated her 30th birthday a couple weeks ago and were a bit disappointed with the hotel. Our first encounter upon entering the room was a fishy odor and we had to have the room re-cleaned (someone had fish in the mini-fridge). We are avid travelers and spend a lot of time in hotels around the world and we were surprised to find a charge for WiFi service. Especially when free WiFi can be found in the cheapest of motels! "Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "
