"Beautiful hotel, room was a little weathered. Could use some updating. Front desk and bar staff was a little abrasive when requesting services. Restaurant staff and shuttle driver was amazing. Overall, a pretty good hotel."

"Excellent hotel and an outstanding experience! The location is truly privileged, with everything you need within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the valet parking staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

From the time I arrived, she was very welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s always good to come across someone who genuinely cares about the guests and makes you feel welcomed. Kiki definitely made my experience at the hotel that much better. I truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality and look forward to staying again."

"We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The property location is great walking to Duval Street and other restaurants around. The rooms were clean, the bed was pretty comfortable. Free espresso pods available in the rooms, I think I saw some tea too. There are 2 coffee shops in a 3-5 minute walking distance too. Bottles of water (to purchase) but the pool has a water machine. 2/3 pools open (the main one closed for renovations) but with music, the vibe was fun. There are also fun daily activities. The cafe is located right on the beach, which is nice, but sadly the smell of old, wet seaweed is off- putting, Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating ( we were able to check in an hour earlier - granted it's not in season). Only downfall is the expensive overnight parking fee!"

"Great beach view.... Butttt they do charge a resort fee for $50 dollars that is not included in fees when booking and then on top of that charge for umbrellas when you get to the beach.. seems pretty excessive to me."
