"The staff welcomed us and we were promptly checked in. The lobby was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would say the mattresses need to be upgraded and a good steam cleaning for the carpets. It was a good stay for two nights we were there."

"I waited for over three hours for them to text me that my room was ready. Every time I went to the counter, I was told that I still had a few people ahead of me. Finally, after the fourth hour, I went back to the counter and spoke with a different representative and was told that my room was ready a while ago, but nobody ever reached out to me. I was very, very frustrated and upset that I could’ve been relaxing instead of sitting in a chair, watching others walk away with their room key as we still sat."
