"Hotel con muchísimo ruido no es un hotel para descansar hay un restaurante abierto al público en el área de la piscina donde también todas las personas que entran se pueden bañar y está lleno de gente y un ruido terrible y no hay habitaciones frente al mar yo pedí una habitación frente al mar y la chica de recepción me dijo que no hay habitaciones frente al mar bueno es un hotel para ir a disfrutar un día lleno de música gente donde ni a la piscina de tanta gente que hay puedes disfrutar no regreso más si quieres fiesta y ruido será tu hotel ideal "

"We stayed at Cueva de las Águilas for 2 nights and 3 days. While the location and the actual experience at Bahía de las Águilas were excellent, the check-in process left a lot to be desired. We arrived around 8:00 PM; they had messaged us at 7:40 PM to confirm our arrival, but due to poor reception, we didn't see it. Thankfully, they held our room. However, the check-in felt disorganized—we weren't told about the tent locks or the towel deposit upfront, leading to several frustrating trips back and forth to the lobby. The lobby staff also lacked information on tours; I actually had to find the concierge’s WhatsApp on their website myself because the front desk didn't provide a contact number. The highlight was the "Premium Package" trip to the beach. There was a brief mix-up where staff tried to group us with a larger boat, and it was a bit awkward having to insist on the private transport we paid for in front of other guests. Once settled, though, it was worth it. The private setup and the lunch provided were both excellent. We would recommend this place, but suggest being proactive with communication!"

"Over priced, you will need a 4X4 vehicle to get to the destination and if not you will get one pick and one drop off included and after that is $30 per drop off and pick up to the hotel, the food was overpriced and not even worth it so is better to bring food from the restaurants around the area, the place is beautiful but you are secluded to the Hotel. "

"The most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. The room was large and very nice, updated bathroom was a plus. Bar/restaurant and pool area was a nice touch to this property"

"The staff is over the top accommodating. Loved them. The property is beautiful and worth the stay. We staying in the king bed room and while amazing it did have a couple issues. Rain that night caused us to have to close the storm shutter which then blocks all the fresh air flow and without air conditioning option it got hot. Also with the rain there is a well known water leak in the roof that drips and was very irritating to listen to trying to sleep"
