"I’m staying at this hotel for the second time. On my first time through Delhi there was a problem with check-in. And then the air-conditioning in my room didn’t work. So I had to switch rooms at 4 o’clock in the morning. However, the assistant manager found out about my experience and bent over backwards to make sure the rest of my day went perfect perfectly. I was also headed down to Chennai where I was also booked into the Trident down there. When he found that out, he called down to Chennai and made some special arrangements for me that made my stay down in Chennai. Very smooth. I was highly impressed."

"Restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and sweet. They were really excited to serve the clients and smile at the same time. Front desk was attentive and accommodative. Food was spread was good although I wish there was more South Indian in the room order menu. Food was tasty. Landry staff was prompt and courteous. My stay of 5 days was really good."
