"This was a lovely historic property, right in the heart of everything. The staff were very friendly and catered to anything we needed. The room was exceptionally clean, and tended to daily. Everything was in good condition. While the mattresses were very firm, we found them not uncomfortable. The room was fairly quiet, as we were located in the back, away from streets. There were many comfortable seating spots in the main areas, and bikes to rent if requested. Parking was convenient in the garage behind. We were within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and stores in the historic downtown, and had a great time exploring using the hotel as our home base. We look forward to returning again!"
