"We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would come back. We didn’t have time to try the hot tubs - there are several of them! We loved the fun lobby and there is plenty of seating for breakfast. Our room was comfy and cozy just a minor maintenance issue with our bathroom door which needed some repairs but was functional. Very convenient for the airport and a restaurant nearby. Staff were helpful to answer questions."

"The hallways are very basic and could use a coat of paint. The rooms were very nice: They were roomy and very clean. The bed gave me a backache. No one told me if there was an included breakfast so I did not eat there. Also, nobody told me that they don't come in and refresh your room everyday. I always reuse my towels but it would have been nice to have clean washcloths daily. They also did not refresh the coffee without me asking."

"It's always so nice staying at The Northern - the staff are always smiling and kind, and very professional. The rooms are very clean, and they have everything you'll need. I love Bernie's Diner for breakfast - such a great spot in downtown Billings!"
