"We enjoyed our stay and the kids absolutely loved their time in the pool. I know it's hard to staff more than 1 reception person at night but this caused long waits standing there in person to ask for something as simple as towels while she was on the phone forever trying to help someone figure out whether they wanted to set up a stay with a card or cash and how that all worked. She was kind and apologetic, but your guests standing there in person could really use more efficient responses to their needs. With that said, we still did enjoy our stay and thank you for a nice hotel. "

"Clean rooms are very important and this hotel had clean bathrooms and the room was clean. The pool was delightful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was the coffee, yet there were better options close by for coffee snobs like me. Everything else WAS EXCELLENT and we look forward to staying here again."
