"Nice price and good location. Very noisy and difficult to get breakfast. It was tight and folks were grabbing and reaching. We just ate in our room. Lobby was pretty dirty at check in and check out. Pool was clean but very cold and we missed having a hot tub. Rooms were loud and folks with doors open and shoutinf across the hall. We probably wouldn't stay here if we came through the area again."

"The room was clean overall the hotel was clean although seems to be a bit out dated maybe due to old age, they have done a great job keeping it clean. Breakfast is amazing you get to choose how you want your eggs made. However I'm a big coffee drinker and I love to have coffee in the morning and 1cup in the evenings, They didn't provide complimentary coffee after breakfast once it's gone it's gone, You have to make your own in the room, CeCe was very kind in the front desk she offered to send us extra creamer as needed to have our cup of coffee in the evening so it worked out. We used the hot tub that was nice and relaxing we had to get help from a staff member to get to run and she did. I would stay again, It was super quite we had no issues sleeping, elevator however a bit scary it made a loud noise once it hit the top floor but we never got stuck."

"We had a great view of Pikes Peak and a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk could be a little friendlier. Hotel is in a great area, easy access to many things."
