"Our room had no elevator. We had to wait 20 min to check in. We had to drag our luggage up stairs. New owners are not retaining their staff so they were short handed with no evidence the manager or owners were pitching in to help. Breakfast was good"

"Great stay, great staff. Only 1 misunderstanding- I called days ahead to ask if there was a coffee maker in the room. Was told no, but to ask for one at the front desk. Said they only have a limited amount so they were unsure if I could get one. There was a coffee maker! But, it wasn’t working properly. Otherwise, the accommodations were outstanding & the front desk clerks were very friendly! Overall very happy and yes, I would stay again."

"I've stayed here before, and had a different (better) experience. This stay, my room was in very poor condition - missing cabinet doors, missing wall electrical plates, exposed TV cables, fraying curtains, etc. On top of that, the AC stopped working at 2am - which affected my rest. This experience and the lack of consistency will likely prevent me from staying here again."
