"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Manitou Springs. We climb the Manitou Incline each year and decided to spend the night at Cliff House instead of driving early in morning to Denver. The beds were comfortable and very nice amenities. The heated toilet seat was incredible as we didn't realize how much we needed one! Staff was friendly and professional. Room and hotel furnishings were dated and needed a refresh. The paint job in bathroom looked like it was done hastily by an amateur. However, the hotel has survived the decades and even a horrific fire in the 80's. It's a beautiful tribute to years past and we are grateful it's been preserved in the epic Colorado town of Manitou Springs. "

"Facility was clean and room was cozy. The parking was easily accessible . Staff was Super nice and attentive. Restaurant served high quality delicious meals. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone who would like to unwind and relax with a Beautiful View."

"Room was spacious and was clean. The only bad note was the restaurant, the buffet was mediocre and the waffles were eggos and dry as a bone, if they put out bread again make sure it stays fresh and doesn't dry out. Andd the menu items weren't that good. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the gravy was a mess, it was oily, floury, almost rancid. "
