"I was VERY unhappy with the front desk staff. I called ahead to request to add my daughter to the reservation and to advise that she is 21. I was assured that she was added and that she was ok to check in as a 21 yo. She arrived after a long drive and was very rudely denied entry to her room. I was 2.5 hrs behind her and could not be there to check in. I asked to speak to the front desk rep who was also extremely rude to me. I was told this was my fault bc I must have spoken to a third party and I should have known to ask. Unacceptable!!! My daughter was forced to call the corporate offices when the front desk staff blew her off and refused to help us make this work. The corp rep informed her that the age to check in is actually 18. This was handled so poorly but someone who obviously doesn’t care to do her job well. The property was clean and exactly as expected for the price point. But the staff made the experience terrible. Having said that, the woman my daughter spoke to at the corporate level was apparently wonderful! "
