"The main thing I didn't like was that the room was small for 2 people. It was clean so no issues there, it was just to small. Oh, and no good channels on the TV so very early to bed it was. Pool area was nice but the water was quite warm, but so was the weather. I think our next visit to HHI we will rent a condo."

"For the visitors who do not know this property allows animals. The rooms were big but poor lighting especially in the bathroom. But overall nice property and close proximity to the beach was very nice. And also be aware there is extra taxes added on to your food and drink, such as Resort fees and state taxes."

"I had to do laundry when I got there because there was a giant stain that looked like someone spilled something and just folded the blanket to cover it. The extra blanket was also dirty with food residue on it. They called me like 10 times because they didn’t check me in correctly and said I needed to come to the office ASAP to give them a new card but when I went to the office they had no idea what I was talking about. I now have multiple pending charges for the same fee and they don’t know why. It was a nice location just not exactly what I was expecting."

"Loved the place. I did not care for bathroom. The commode was too low for me and thought the shower could be safer for someone my age. The shower floor was slick and not enough safety bars. Need better shelve for personal items."
