"This is an older property, so going in, you shouldn't expect Trump Tower. That being said, this is a nice place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My brother's room had a toilet issue that was quickly resolved. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep while you are sightseeing around the city, this is it. Other than stubbing my toe on the dresser outside the bathroom one morning, it was a great stay. A very short walk and you are right in the middle of Times Square. There is also a 24-hour convenience store almost right next door with a grill. I had a cheesburger and fries, awesome! Highly recommend. "

"The smell of the bathroom is weird, it didnt smell foul but it smells like old and moist. I had to buy a small space perfume. It was clean, i just didnt like how it smelled. Also the pillows smells like sweat. Staff was amazing. Everyone is so nice. "

Dealing with a cold shower in the middle of a New York trip was a major inconvenience and a disappointment for a hotel in this category. Final Verdict If you are looking for a reliable, "no-frills" spot that covers the basics, this hotel is a decent choice. It is an okay stay for a short trip, provided you don't mind calling down to the front desk for those small missing items."
