good location for my purposes and great staff. however it appears the property was acquired by Comfort Suites from a previous hotel owner and has only so far fixed up the lobby area. only 2 old luggage carts available, elevators old and small with broken control buttons, bathroom fixtures old and stained, etc. did have a comfortable bed and nice large flat screen tv.

The Room was very Clean . Ray at the front desk was phenomenal and friendly . He had called me to let me know our room was ready earlier so we could check in earlier . So that was very nice and helpful , Will definitely stay next time we come out that way . Only downside was breakfast options could have been a little better especially with the amount of food other guests were stock piling and practically left anything for others

our hotel was a comfort suites in south bend indiana.we had a great time at the hotel. we had come from virginia so the beds were very welcome the hotel very clean and the breakfast they served was very good

This Comfort Inn stayed very busy during the three days we were there, yet the staff responded promptly to two concerns of mine. The hair dryer didn't work and was immediately replaced. The answer to a hot water issue was explained simply. I have never seen such a clean, well-maintained pool! And the water actually was a very comfortable temperature. There were TWO elevators and a very conveniently-placed ice machine. Oh, the hot breakfast items were well-monitored, and there were plenty of other choices. Our stay was made easier, as we were given a larger room at no extra charge. This place was definitely well worth the cost and I will certainly stay there again.
