"It was the absolute worst! Not only was the hotel crappy the room next door was being renovated and the carpenters were drilling, pounding and hammering everyday starting before 9am. I'm calling my credit card company! It was THE WORST - AND THE VALET GUY WAS A TOTAL JERK WHO TOOK FOREVER TO GET YOUR CAR! THE WORST STAY EVER!"

"Clean room, if you get a terrace make sure it’s oceanfront because otherwise you’re looking at dirty buildings. No help from staff on luggage and valet just threw our keys to us and ran off. "

"My room smelled like piss, it was moist and there were leakage due to the rain, I asked for a different room because I kept sneezing due to the weird smell. But the new room was also super moist. I woke up to a wet floor and my straightner was also wet due to the moisture. I had turn the air conditioning on but still, didn’t work"

"Check-in was so smooth! We were an hour early, but they took us in and in under 5 minutes too (so appreciative). The room was clean, we were given free drink/breakfast voucher, and access to the pool! The location is superb, right across the beach and close to so many delicious restaurants! Loved it!"
