"no electric outlets hairdryer didn't work found black hair on bed I'm blonde dirty room. waited 2 hours to check in and had to argue about handicap room."

"Pool was closed by city. Room was dusty and grimy. Blankets were thin and cheap. Beds were really noisy and old. People had loud music past midnight. People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Lobby is never open. Parking lot was full of shattered glass. Check in was easy."

"The reason I booked this hotel was the hot tub amenities and it was out of order. They should change the main picture showing a hot tub if they do not have a working hot tub."
