"Easy parking, nice surrounds. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The restaurant was quite expensive but the food was pretty nice. The rooms were fairly spacious, very clean and modern and cosy. Comfy beds. The pool was lovely, too many kids though (lol). Would recommend if you don't mind staying somewhere random in the middle of nowhere :D "

"The room was very clean. It is near many things for families to do - water park, amusement park, shopping, etc. It was about a $47 NZ uber ride to downtown for 4 of us. We had a top floor suite with 2 separate rooms. They didn't have 24 hour desk service, but I found the check in process to be easy even though we didn't check in until about 2 a.m. due to flight issues. The next day they accomodated us with a late check out of noon and allowed us to store luggage until our flight out later...

"If you are staying here on a weekend, know the walls and floor are PAPER thin and they blast music from 9pm until 11:30pm. It was impossible for my parents to sleep through it. The price was low but I wouldn’t recommend unless you have bass proof ear plugs or a heavy sleeper. It’s still under renovation so be aware if that. "Stayed in a family room. Price for 2 adults and 2 kids was great. Very convenient location for an early airport departure. Great location for a visit to Rainbows End or Westfield and a choice of eateries on your doorstep. Staff were very lovely and helpful and room had everything we needed. The room was just very tired and in need of a little TLC to get it back to its former glory. Bed linen and towels were spotless"
