"We loved everything about this hotel, it was beautifully presented, great rooms, perfect location and varied food options. The best thing about this hotel, and what really sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, happy to help, always smiling and radiating positivity and a good vibe. They make you feel looked after, and go above and beyond. I want to give a special shout out to Yassine from the team on reception - he was so professional, kind and helpful. I had 6 rooms booked, he made sure the check-in was smooth and made sure we had beautiful rooms - thank you Yassine, we really appreciated your kind gesture. I will without a doubt return to this hotel, and recommend this hotel to everyone!"
