"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Hyatt. There were multiple miscommunications from the start. I was informed upon arrival that there was no self-parking available, and I was charged $50 plus tax for parking, which was not clearly explained beforehand. The staff’s behavior was quite cold and unhelpful. They did not properly explain important details about the stay. For example, I was told that breakfast was included, but I was not given clear information about how or where to access it. Additionally, only one elevator was working, which caused long wait times as many guests were trying to use it. Despite the inconvenience, the staff did not seem concerned or proactive in addressing the situation. Overall, this was my first bad experience with Hyatt, and it was quite disappointing."

"Clean room and clean hotel in general! The StarBucks coffee shop connected to hotel is very convenient! Bars at hotel are very cool as well. Staff was pretty solid. Bar tender was a little different vibe but coulda been just an off night for him. Great stay overall."

"Good price and clean - but the hotel is very warn. It needs a major renovation. Also EV charging is old style with no NACS (think Tesla) connectors. Tesla was the #1 selling car - 🚗 indicative of how outdated the hotel is. It’s a shame since it has a casino and is just across the river from the arch. "
