"The location was great. We enjoyed the awesome breakfast which was frombl 6am to 10:30am. The elevators were lacking and always a wait. Otherwise all was great. "
"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. Kids club was a huge hit and we used it 4 times. The staff were incredible, very caring and kind. We were able to complete ibadah whilst kids played and were safe at the club. Kids also enjoyed the food and ate there every time.
Definitely will be recommending the hotel to others. Location, care, comfort and facilities were excellent. Thank you to all the staff. You're doing a fantastic job. "
"It’s up on the hill, does have a shuttle service, but it so complicated to get to the shuttle, and it’s only 2/3 minutes ride.

My husband and I actually were staying at Makkah Hotel, but decided to stay one extra night and found out double tree is quite cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it even for the price.
But This lady Merida at the check in, she was amazing, spoke fluent English and gave us a suite upgrade, amazing room!
