"The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great."

"If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful! Located just outside of rethymno, so more rural area, but shops were not a far walk away and the room was very nice, clean and we really enjoyed our stay! "

"First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Struttura carina , si trova in una via principale di un paesino con molti negozi ristoranti bar e supermercati . Gli appartamenti sono ben insonorizzati , forse unica pecca per noi che avevamo l’auto é che non ha parcheggio e bisogna cercarlo nella via dietro . Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 2 giorni . Ha anche la piscina . Le spiagge sono a circa 10 - 15 minuti a piedi . Per noi è stata una bella esperienza "

"The little village of Agyroupolis where Arcus is located is very quiet and charming. It got a great local feel of Greek countryside and many friendly locals, well used to tourists dropping by, to see the historical places they offer. Arcus I located a couple of minutes from the main square, easy to get to by car or feet. It’s a bunch of old houses, surrounded by a very green and exotic inner garden with a little pool. "A stunning property Exceeded our expectations in every respect. The moment we stepped in we felt very happy to have booked here. We loved every aspect. A perfect place to stop for two days and completely relax. The circular pool was amazing Sunbeds for everyone. Excellent hospitality from all staff. Beautiful grounds and the stunning palm garde."

"Beautiful setting and our room on 8th floor had amazing views over the sea and of the forteza. The room itself was very spacious with a separate good size bedroom with plenty of storage and open plan living room/kitchen area. Kitchen was well equipped although a few more glasses would have been nice. The bathroom was also a good size , the only negative was the shower which was over the bath and it was difficult to contain the water which sprayed everywhere including the floor. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and a nice bar area as well as an evening bar with stunning views. The staff were great . Very helpful and the cleaning was done to a high standard. Approx 15 min walk into the old town . Path was quite narrow in places and road was busy but easy to get buses and taxis. There were quite a lot of steps to the hotel just to be aware"

"This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?"
