Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough. "Although this is a large chain hotel, the condition and comforts as well as the staff made for a great stay. It is in a very walkable location close to everything including the ferry to nearby barrier islands. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We would stay again."

"We’ve just returned from a wonderful Easter stay at Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection Hotel and were genuinely impressed throughout. From arrival, the reception team — Francisco, Miguel, Francisca and Nadia — were warm, professional and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with all staff providing friendly, attentive service, in particular Mona and Margarida alongside a great selection of food. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and restaurant, where Helder, Pedro and Samuel created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with excellent service. The beautiful Acosta beach restaurant was another standout, with Ricardo, Valdir, Paulo and Jessica delivering a superb dining experience in a stunning setting. What really stood out was the consistency — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and a true asset to the Domes brand. Thank you to the whole team for such an enjoyable stay — we hope to return soon! "
