"I’ve stayed at many different properties in Cabarete over the course of seven years and Hotel Villa Taina is my favorite one. The property itself is maintained very well and kept very clean, and the location, in my opinion, is the best in Cabarete. The front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staffs all provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered high-quality, delicious options. "

"The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. I'd rate this a 2 star hotel and likely will not return to this...

"This is a lovely property off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly, courteous and went out of their way to help us when our ride to the airport didn't show up. The room and grounds were clean and well cared for. The breakfast was fantastic - definitely try the coffee! There is a little beach within very easy walking distance. "
