"Overall the experience was great. Walking distance to any of the restaurants, an outdoor store in case you forgot anything and a supermarket. The parking is not at the hotel itself as there are two lots (one north and one south) but you can park in front,check in, drop off your luggage then go park the car. You need to ask for the remote to the air conditioner. My only complaint for the stay is that I wish it had a mini fridge because if I want something cold for an early hike nothing opens...

"This is a no frills place to stay. That said, the staff are lovely, breakfast is nice and very good value. Our room smelt heavily of cigarettes, so we had to have the balcony doors open all night to clear it. The shower head in the bathroom was broken so it sprayed water at the ceiling and there were dead flies. That said it was functional and ok for what it is. Wouldn’t stop me going there again as a stop over."

Normal Lo más curioso es que me dijeron que tenía que deshacer la cama e introducir las sábanas junto con las respectivas fundas de las almohadas, colcha y toallas, en bolsa proporcionada al efecto y dejarla encima de la cama por el tema Covid-19. Nunca he visto eso en ningún hotel incluso en otros en ésta época de pandemia. No puedo entenderlo. "We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. We asked about the smell, assuming that we be moved to a different room, but the man was irritated at our request and gave us a bottle of pine cleaner to pour down the sink drain...and that didn’t fix it. "The hotel's facilities were great. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."
