Great place to stay

We loved our stay at Hotel Rivoli. The staff had great recommendations, were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - a short walk to the station, swimming and Marina Grande. Loved Sorrento and loved Hotel Rivoli.

Fabio, Simone and other staff at the hotel is a great team. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The accessibility all around was a key and everything in a walkable distance. We were right in the middle of town and its vibes.

When we got to our room around 10am electricity didn’t work. Put our bags in the room and on our way out, we told the man at the desk. He said I know what m’s wrong with it I will take care of it. Come back around 9:30pm smog up to room still no electricity. Go back down stairs and tell the nice girl at the front the situation. She hands us a little key that needs to be put into the socket for the electricity to work. Everything works fine with the key. Don’t know why the man didn’t just give us the key instead of making us go up and down. Also little black nats flying around in the room, everytime you kill one more would come. It’s an old building with old furnishings. I wouldn’t stay their again. Friendly staff.

The staff was great and very accommodating. This hotel is at perfect location close to everything. It was clean and charming. Not a luxury hotel but it had everything we needed to have a great vacation.

Great hotel close to walk everywhere.

Very welcoming staff, on a quiet street. We stayed 9 nights and loved it. Breakfast was good but I wished there was more cereal choices. It was basically the same Items everyday with a lot of desert choices.

Excellent hotel great location !!

We have just had a weeks holiday in sunny Sorrento !! Our choice of hotel was excellent. Very spacious clean room and bathroom! Good breakfast (just the toaster was a bit slow) !! Extremely helpful staff! A very enjoyable holiday . Would really recommend it.

Lovely Hotel with very friendly helpful staff.

Spent 6 lovely days at Hotel Rivoli. The hotel was small (8 bedrooms) which gave a very personal service by the staff who were always available and very friendly. If we needed anything at all the staff arranged it for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. All in all we had a fabulous 6 days and would definitely go again.
