Experiencia lamentable y pésima, para olvidar
Experiencia para olvidar...
Al llegar al hotel y abrir el cajetín de las llaves, no había nada dentro.
¿La sorpresa? La habitación que habíamos reservado estaba ocupada.
No se nos ofreció otra habitación porque no tenían disponibilidad. Al parecer un error de los sistemas informáticos.
Al pedir ayuda, no había nada que pudiésemos reservar a menos de 50km de Soria, por lo que tuvimos que coger las motos lloviendo para hacer 200km hasta Valladolid.
Una consecución de errores, ya que ni el hotel ni hoteles.com nos avisaron de la cancelación de la reserva, de hecho aún la reserva sigue sin estar en estado cancelada, sino que además me piden que opine sobre el hotel... bastante lamentable los sistemas informáticos y de comunicación con cliente en plena era de la tecnología de la información y la comunicación.
Hoteles.com parece que para estos casos no tiene opciones de recompensa por los daños y perjuicios ocasionados en los clientes.
