"We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was amazing after a hot day out on the town and the breakfast was delicious with a gorgeous view of the lake and hillside. Rita was super helpful and even gave us a ride to the station down the hill when we left. 10 out of 10 would stay here again and highly recommend."

"The property was clean and as pictured. The hosts were lovely and even left us fruit, snacks, and fresh eggs from their hens in the fridge. The view was beautiful. The bed could be more comfortable. The location is not in walking distance to town, so you will need a taxi often if you plan to get out. The taxis are not easy to get. Have the property managers book your first one from the train. Then, use WhatsApp to call the taxi each time. Luckily, there is one restaurant in walking distance for dinner only. Please note that you must make reservations in person, but the food was great! A serene stay for 1-2 guests."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!"

"Location was terrific. Easy walk to great swimming, restaurants, shops…There was no AC-this was the most difficult for us but it may have been something we took for granted. Next time, we will definitely look for a place with AC if we visit during the summer. It was difficult even to sleep at night with all the windows open and fans blowing directly on us…There were also a few things either overlooked by the management or I would consider including: an extra set of towels (one for bathing and the other for swimming), hand soap at every sink. Otherwise, the space was very spacious and our family had a great time."

"We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
