"Room was not ready for the 3 person reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa bed - the front desk told me I could pick it up at the front desk.
The dishes in the room included 2 knives, 1 fork and 1 coffee mug. Should have been fully outfited with 4 of each.
Food offered was mediocre and the restaurant offerings were minimal.
Accomodations were comfortable"

"The shower drain strainer was moldy and not attached to the floor. It was gross and not useable. We are going to have to find another hotel in the area to stay. The breakfast buffet had kids putting their nasty fingers in everything and then licking their fingers. Another gross thing. Yes I know that is not your fault but the parents. It is still GROSS"

"This is an Old Dump, paid for 50 years ago yet they soak you for this terrible road side room . Hell it was like a kennel there were so many dogs . Dog pissed in elevator . Lovely .Bath tub , with no water spout, dog scratches in the tub , I guess a dog had it before us .Room was worn and nasty , chair was broken , chair was worn and torn . One elevator was malfunctioning, the breakfast was crap, dingy little area , I refused to even try to get some food or eat there. This is an 80.00 room and they soaked us 240 cdn . So the reviews are absolutely a scam , this was the highest rated hotel in Beckley according to your reviews . I cant trust Expedia anymore for leading me to this dump. Disgusting !!"

"We have chosen this hotel in the past because it does not have carpets in the room and gerenally feels clean. The rooms are small (and we knew this). However on this stay we did not experience and service in the room during a 4 night stay (even after bringing this to the attention of front desk staff. They blamed it on other people and the room was never serviced. On the morning le checked out we found a someone else’s clothing in our room which made us believe that one of the staff may have used our room to shower and change clothes. This was disturbing. I don’t think we’ll stay here again. "
